IIT Engineer / Senior IIT Engineer (HQ)
Position Overview:
Be part of our team as IIT Engineer / Senior IIT Engineer, where you will be at the forefront of installing, upgrading, and maintaining crucial IT system that directly enhance medical imaging, streamline workflows and improve patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to medical imaging equipment and healthcare IT systems.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrading of medical imaging solutions and related systems.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance checks to ensure smooth system operation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on system usage, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance checklists.
- Work closely with principals and internal teams to resolve technical issues when required.
- Support training and provide technical guidance to customers and junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Experience in medical imaging systems, PACS, RIS, or healthcare IT solutions is an advantage.
- MUST possess own car transport.
- Willing to travel within state/ outstation and overseas.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
- Good technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive self–starter with initiative and capable to work independently.
- Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Warehouse Executive (HQ)
Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled Warehouse Executive to manage and oversee our warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient warehouse functioning, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading a team to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and guiding warehouse personnel, including job assignments, training, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, delivery, receiving, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Manage general office administration tasks, such as maintenance, purchasing, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (GDPMD) and ISO standards and adhere to all relevant regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, shipping agents, and service providers to optimise cost and service efficiency.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organised work areas, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock levels based on demand forecasts.
- Provide administrative support to interdependent companies and coordinate outsourced services
- Ensure products are well-maintained before arranging delivery
- Monitor and implement schedules for outsourced services, such as security and cleaning, to ensure efficient operations and a safe building environment
- Ensure all shipping and delivery documents are accurately maintained and updated in accordance with standard procedures.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and analyses as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse management, ability to supervise personnel, and forklift handling skills (preferred).
